Primetower are committed to building top quality homes that will meet the expectations of our buyers. This is reflected in our record in the Zurich Customer First Housebuilder of the Year Awards with two firsts and two seconds in he last five years. Zurich Insurance offer the 10-year structural guarantee on all Primetower new homes.

Every year (starting in 2000), Zurich sent out a detailed questionnaire to every new home owner. The responses make up 50% of the voting towards the Customer First Housebuilder of the Year. The other 50% is based on ispections during the build by Zurich's trained building inspectors together with claims record. During construction their inspectors regularly check the property is being built properly. Primetower have Zurich's top A1 build rating.

Our customer care team work really hard after a new home is moved-into to ensure that any problems that arise are dealt with as swiftly as possible. We think that the consistent high marks from our customers show that they are happy with the service they receive.
