Primetower have considerable experience of redevelopment of existing town centre and industrial sites either speculatively or as a joint venture with an existing user. Previous projects include the properties occupied by "Bottoms Up" and "Pizza Express" in central Bournemouth which are both mixed development with flats above, and Penn at Penn Hill Avenue, Poole which was converted from a bank to a cafe bar and restaurant which is own operated by another company in the Primetower group.

The images below were taken at Alder Hills Trade Park. This prestigious trade park development was completed in 2003. The three units are let out to Criminal Clothing, SIG Roofing and Southern Brick and Tile. Both SIG and Southern Brick were involved in the design and specification of their untis allowing these to be tailored to their needs.
