The Dorset coastline includes the world heritage site known as the Jurassic Coast as well as miles of sandy beaches many of which hold the coveted EU blue flag award for quality. There are many watersport opportunities including windsurfing and diving. The numerous private marinas, yacht clubs and public slipways offer plentiful first class sailing.

There are numerous golf courses within a ten mile radius and an assortment of private health clubs, swimming baths, tennis courts and bowls clubs as well as picturesque walks in and around the wooded Chines for which Bournemouth and Poole are famous. Just a short walk away is Meyrick Park which offers golf, a fitness club, bowls, tennis and tea, cakes and ice-cream in the café overlooking the bowling green!

For the shopaholic as well as the town centre, there is the excellent out of town shopping centre at Castle Point as well as the Dolphin Centre covered shopping centre at Poole.
Montana is well positioned for Bournemouth Central train station and only half a mile from the A338 dual carriageway which will take you to the M27 and onwards to Southampton, London and beyond. Bournemouth International Airport is 7 miles away and offers flights to many parts of the world with airlines including Ryan Air, Thomson Fly, Easyjet and the international award winning local airline, Palmair.
