PRIMEPAD - contemporary affordable urban living

We are currently looking for sites suitable for the provision of Primepads. Currently we do not have any suitable sites and so no Primepads will be available during 2007.

The Primepad offers a one-bedroom apartment or studio apartment priced between £99,000 and £124,950.

These apartments will generally include:

A living room with wall mounted television and a compact kitchen with combination microwave oven, hob, sink and storage units.

A seperate laundry area with washer/dryer

A fully tiled bathroom with power shower, toilet and sink

A wall mounted pull down bed in the bedroom or studio, so that the room can be used as a living room during the day

Whole apartment audio system compatible with your Ipod

Balcony

Good public transport with major bus routes and train stations within easy reach. Some apartments will have a car parking space.
