Primetower

Founded in 1994, Primetower are based in Poole, Dorset. The company is built on a solid financial platform and the team have a wealth of knowledge covering all disciplines within the construction industry.

We are a multiple AWARD WINNING BUSINESS, covering most aspects within the development sector, our reputation is built on integrity and quality and the company employ some the best people available, delivering a focused approach and doing the best we can in all aspects of our business is our daily target and our clients and customers matter to us and come first.

Primetower operate across Dorset, Somerset, Devon, Wiltshire and Hampshire, developing a variety of residential, commercial and industrial projects. We also build and operate care homes, all of our homes are designed and built by our own construction company and operated by Primetower Care. Within the group we have a leisure company that operates pubs and restaurants. We have an Investment business that owns a very large rental portfolio of residential and commercial property across the southern part of England.

Award Winning

From 2000 until 2006, Zurich sent out a detailed questionnaire to every new home owner. The responses made up 50% of the voting towards the Customer First Housebuilder of the Year. The other 50% was based on inspections during the build by Zurich's trained building inspectors together with claims record. During construction their inspectors regularly check the property is being built properly. Primetower were south west winners or runners up four times.

Every new home is sold with a “move in “ care package as we want everything to go as smoothly as possible for you.

When you buy a Primetower new home it comes with a 2 year guarantee, covering all aspects of the house save for normal wear and tear and servicing.
