Between 2010 and 2016 we also built and operated care homes, designed and built by our own construction company and run by Primetower Care, before selling the portfolio to BUPA — a sector we'd consider returning to in the future. Within the wider group, a leisure company operates pubs and restaurants, and an investment business holds a substantial rental portfolio of residential and commercial property across the southern part of England.
For over 30 years we have been building new homes across the South-West, from individual houses to larger apartment schemes.
We operated in the care sector between 2010 and 2016, building and running two care homes before selling the portfolio to BUPA. We haven't ruled out returning to the sector in the future.
