We regularly hand over completed affordable homes to housing association partners, from small infill schemes through to sites of twenty homes or more, working in partnership to help reduce local authority housing waiting lists.
We have strong relationships with a select group of housing associations, and understand their needs and the importance of the affordable housing sector in meeting the ever-increasing demand for homes across all tenures. That can only be met through strong relationships — we always welcome new contacts.
Operating across our region, we've delivered both houses and flats, and currently hold land for around 200 units within our own organisation that will go to housing associations, either under turnkey private contract or through the planning system.
We welcome enquiries from landowners and agents. Our in-house planning and land buying departments can quickly assess the viability of a development site and give honest, realistic feedback on whether it has the potential to meet affordable housing needs for that area. With a highly skilled team, we can maximise a site's development potential — enabling us to pay top prices. We have funds available now, and are actively seeking sites for low-cost housing.
