We design and build one-off luxury homes where the design and build contract value is a minimum of £500,000. We can also look at joint ventures, where a new home is built for you and a second property is built and sold as part of the project.
We're happy to work from your own architect's design, or offer this service ourselves — the company has designed and built many top-end luxury homes over the years, and we bring real value using our skills as a developer that you're unlikely to receive under a standard building contract.
We have our own interior designer, and a complete understanding of how to put a package together from the outset that minimises risk to you, the homeowner — ensuring your new home is completed to the agreed specification, within budget and on the agreed timeframe.
